Centro Legal de la Raza is taking every recommended precaution to protect our clients, staff, and the general public from exposure to the coronavirus.
Accordingly, our physical offices will be closed to the public until further notice, and we continue to provide legal services remotely by telephone, video, etc. We encourage clients to reach out via telephone to request legal consults and assistance during this time, at (510) 437-1554 or via email at info@centrolegal.org.

ACILEP
If you see Immigration and Custom Enforcement (ICE) in action, suspect ICE activity in progress, or if you are detained or someone you know is detained by ICE, call ACILEP for rapid response and immigration legal services (510) 241-4011. Alameda County Immigration Legal & Education Partnership (ACILEP) is a partnership of Centro Legal de la Raza, Alameda County Public Defender’s Office, and eight community based organizations:

AC Housing Secure
Alameda County Housing Secure prevents displacement in Alameda County by providing free legal services and emergency financial assistance to low-income tenants and homeowners. These services enable county residents who are vulnerable to displacement to stabilize their housing.

Please call 510-437-1554, or email info@centrolegal.org, to get information about the next clinic. Clinics occur monthly, normally on some Thursday evenings and one Wednesday morning.
